Special Non-Working Holidays

October 31, 2011, by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 265, has been declared as special non-working holiday in the country. This brings to two successive non-working holidays (Oct. 31 and Nov. 1) in two weeks time for all of us :-D.

Work performed on these two days merits additional 30% on the wage. No work, no pay applies.

April 23 is a Non-Working Day

His Excellency President Benigno S. Aquino III, by virtue of Proclamation No. 150, has declared Black Saturday as special non-working day throughout the country.

Work performed on this day merits an additional 30% of the salary.
